This menu design was created for Aoyama Ramen. Aoyama is an existing local restaurant that focuses on authentic Japanese food. The restaurant has a modern feel with street style art and an energetic environment.
The inspiration for the menu redesign was inspired by the restaurant’s modern feel and authentic Japanese cuisine. Illustrations are minimalistic and were created to enhance the overall experience. Japanese lanterns and bowls of ramen heavily influenced typography and design choices.
